Franchising
a few words from your f Tour daddy!
Franchising? Yes. F TOUR is officially Franchising!
Why? Because I can’t be everywhere. I know that’s hard to believe. lol.
So the good part of franchising is that now we can grow to the cities we couldn’t grow to before, based on my schedule.
It all began in May 2024 when we were debating what to do with Houston because I couldn’t grow the numbers there.
I spoke to our business advisor, Dave, and we both came to the conclusion that rather than close the Houston party, it was a better idea to turn the Houston party over to Matt Coven and see what he could do with it.
Well, as they say, “the proof is in the puddin”. By the second party, under Matt’s supervision, he had doubled the numbers. Local promotions work!
That’s when the franchising conversations begin in earnest. Matt and I took everything we learned in turning the party over to Matt in Houston and we’ve built a set of franchise guidelines and bylaws. These are designed so that the parties can be replicated in nearly every city.
It takes a lot to have a party be a success, and we are committed to ensuring that each of our franchisees is successful.
But we don’t do it alone. We have never done it alone. It’s with your continued support of showing up and spreading the word that F Tour continues to grow and thrive.
Franchising is just the latest action we’re taking to secure the future of F Tour.
What does the future look like? What changes will there be?
From your guests’ perspective, there will be very few changes; more of the changes are internal back-of-the-house items
The first thing that we did was change the look of the flyers. It was time, and I’m thrilled with the new design. Big shout out to Trick for these designs, he and I collaborate well together!
What will NOT change:
All parties will still be on one website, and all tickets will be on the same EventBrite account. This ensures that if you decide you want to move your ticket from one city to another, you can easily do so!
We have a new email manager staff person to handle ALL email in a timely manner.
Who is managing which Franchise?
Personally, I’m retaining the once-a-year events: New Orleans, FFF26 at Parliament Resort, and DC. I have assistants in each of these cities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and, of course, steady growth.
Matt Coven in Houston, Dallas & Austin.
Luke Morrison in Chicago.
Sir Kirk in NYC, of course, as well as Upstate NY.
StableWrangler in San Francisco & Portland.
Doggo Raeko has just taken on our Fort Lauderdale franchise!
I am in talks with potential Franchisees in DC, Detroit, & LA. Hoping for PS, Columbus, Tampa…. and lots more!
The following are the top requirements I have for Franchisees:
Must be DrugFree (for the sake of this context, we do not consider alcohol or Cannabis a drug)
Have a mentality of “it’s not about me. What am I/we providing for the community?”
Have the ability to create a posse, a group of friends around you that you can count on locally, who help and support your endeavors and the community. Be passionate about building and expanding a community that works!
Welcome to the next phase of the community YOU ASKED me for. My job and intention has been and will always be to ensure your safe, fun space continues… onward…
Yours in Sex, Love & Community

***While F Tour is Drug-Free , we are referring to “hard” drugs. This is not a “sober” event. Alcohol is often served BYOB at our events depending on the venue. Regarding Cannabis, please refer to you local state and government regulations.
